Return Process

  Log into your VLONE account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic VLONE tags and security seals remain intact and untampered.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the items for signs of wear; approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
